This course provides a comprehensive overview of: Product formats, therapeutic applications, dosage forms, routes of administration, and pharmacokinetics; Learners will compare onset, duration, and clinical risks of various dosage forms and come to understand the impact of first-pass metabolism on cannabinoids. On completion, the learner will have gained essential information to inform patient education and clinical decision making to identify vulnerable populations and mitigate potential risk to support the safe initiation of treatment.
